Callers dial your cell and push 8 to join – no need for pins or funny numbers. And calls are automatically recorded and stored so you can audit, share, and take notes later. It's that simple.

Automatic announcements

Participants arriving or exiting are announced by name automatically. No need to record names when joining.

Automatic summary

Receive an automatic summary at the end of your teleconference with participant info and call time. Easy to forward and follow up. Participants using their cell will be texted a summary too.

Call recording

With YouMail Premium, you'll get a call recording for a complete record of all your calls to easily reference what was said.

Dedicated number

Don't want people calling your cell for the teleconference call? Then simply use an included second phone number, which can be distributed to anyone and everyone.

Our free plan does provide a conference calling, but it doesn't include the business related features such as automatic summaries and call recording or allowing you have to a new, memorable number to use for conferencing.

There's no set up! Honestly, just have your callers dial into your cell number and press "8." You simply press the 'Start Conference' button within the app and that's it!
