Although Nomorobo does offer some helpful features, it is primarily a spam call blocker app. While Nomorobo uses a unique robocall blocking algorithm before a fraudster rings your phone, it does not offer the personal and business features that YouMail offers on top of spam call blocking, such as second lines, visual voicemail, auto attendant, and more.

YouMail stops spam calls and works with authorities to not only put spammers out of business but also get you taken off of spam lists, so you can get back to doing the things you love.

Nomorobo requires a credit card for its 2-week free trial before rolling into one of its two paid plans for mobile use:

  • Nomorobo Basic: $1.99/month billed at $19.99/year per device
  • Nomorobo Max: $4.17/month billed at $49.99/year per device

YouMail keeps the user in mind by offering a free version of our app, which offers basic call blocking and other great features, in addition to premium plans for both personal (Plus) and business (Essentials, Complete, and Ultimate) use.

Nomorobo makes money off of their expensive paid plans, since the free trials end and everyone ends up paying.

You can delete Nomorobo from your phone to deactivate it, but that will not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, open the settings app > tap your name > tap subscriptions > tap Nomorobo > tap cancel subscription.

Then, sign up for YouMail since we block your calls for free.

While Nomorobo does offer spam call blocking, YouMail’s top priority is protecting you from bad actors. YouMail’s robocall blocking technology blocks spammers looking to steal your private information. From our free services to paid plans, YouMail reports illegal calls to carriers, enterprises, and the authorities, so they can locate, take down, and punish the callers.

YouMail offers more features than Nomorobo on both free and premium plans, including spam call detection and blocking, voicemail transcriptions via email, in app, or text, caller ID, call screening, high voicemail storage and transcription limits, and other features such as additional second lines, auto attendant, and after hours settings if that’s what you’re looking for.
