We're Sorry... Dial Area Code

We're sorry, when placing a local call it is now necessary to dial an area code and the seven digit number, please hang up and re-dial using the complete ten digit number Awesome fake out, sounds like AT&T or Verizon

In New Rochelle, and other places, you don't have to dial the whole 10-digit number (area code & 1) but in NYC & other places, you do... This would work for ppl in places like new rochelle

Awesome for messing with your "technically challenged" friends! They'll try 5-10 times before they get frustrated and give up! Awesome!
