This is very improper anyone that is calling from outside the US will think your business is not good at all. This is slang used mostly in the US by some spanish speakers.

It's informal Spanish but that doesn't make it improper for a professional greeting. The voice is nice and the person sounds loose not stiff. It could be used as a professional greeting since the accent is neutral. When I speak to clients that I don't really know in Spanish I do say, Le devolvere la llamada lo mas pronto posible. BUT if I know them, I say, te llamo pa' 'tra LOL. Especially if they're Dominican.

Business greeting? What are you talking about? That's Spanenglish. I do not speak Spanenglish. I was born and grew up in Mexico and I speak the right slang Spanish. A person from Mexico would think that this greeting is not cool at all. A person who speaks Spanish would think that whoever uses that language is uneducated. That is not Spanish a all. That is like speaking English, but with Spanish words. That sounds TERRIBLE!!! I would never use this greeting. No way!!

Amazing how uptight some of you get. Apparently Mexicans are the only ones on the face of this Earth that speak it correctly. True, the message is wrong, but it's funny how offended you get! hehe

espite it all, the correct Spanish is from SPAIN!! NOT MEXICO!! THATS WHY PEOPLE FROM SPAIN SAY THEY ARE SPANISH AND PEOPLE FROM MEXICO SAY THEY ARE MEXICANS. THE DIALECTS FROM ANY SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRY OTHER THAN SPAIN CAN NEVER BE CONSIDERED TRUE SPANISH BY A LINGUIST, ANTHROPOLOGIST OR BY OFFICIAL STANDARDS. HOWEVER WHY COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SLAND, MOST ENGLISH SPEAKERS DO NOT SPEAK THE WAY PEOPLE IN ENGLAND DO (WICH IS THE CORRECT ENGLISH, SO WHO GIVES A HOOT) AND YES I AM AN ANTHROPOLOGIST/HISTORIAN

its amazing you people really have a lot of time on your hands to critique someone offering you something for free. And to the MEXICAN-AMERICAN: you dont speak spanish, Castillo, or any other derivative of the castillian dialect. Please, dont insult people if you dont know what the hell you are talking about. It is very typical of ungrateful people to respond in this fashion.
