Once YouMail adds wildcard filters to ditch calls based on callerid number or callerid name this will be a great way to 'greet' tollfree callers :)

OMG that's effin awesome!! Totally brings back memories of playing Rise of The Triad (ROTT) and Duke Nukem with some friends "online" back in the day!! Also reminds me of when AOL used to have private chat rooms for "Warez" downloads with mass mailing! I remember it got so popular sometimes you had to try 50 or more times before you could even connect! Priceless man!
