This is definately Meredith Brooks the song is from her Album Blurring the Edges 1997. So No matter how old or how many creditials a human may have they are still failable.

This is NOT ALANIS MORISSETTE Loser!!! If you go to itunes and type in the song it will tell you that it is MEREDITH BROOKS and the person below me is correct it did come out in 97.
