This is great for my Mandarin Speaking friends, of course I don't know what to do if they leave a message in Mandarin, but at least I'll know who to call!

This is a great greeting. It's great for getting annoying telemarketers to stop calling.

I've never heard anyone in China answer a phone like this. When I was there in the mid 80s and they were using phones from the 40s they would answer the phone with a loud WAAAY NE SHER SHAY SHEMA, (I spelled that out phonetically). This message starts out with a polite "Excuse me. " things have changed in Beijing since the 80s though. I hear everyone traded their bicycles in for cars. LOL
