You can use this greeting and then set the settings so that they cannot leave a message. Look in your account and SET BLOCKED. The option is in there

If you dont want a message option, you have to select the DITCHED icon. Then, just the message plays and it hangs up. DITCHED ICON is circle with slash thru it.
