ATT Not a Working Number-Bilingual w/ Tones
This is the message Cingular/Att Wireless plays to callers when you've closed your account. Biligual english/spanish, perhaps only for the CA market? If anyone knows how to amplify a bit more or otherwise improve it, please do so! :-)

Really poor quality...would only work if caller was on a BT payphone.
I agree that this is a very poor quality recording. Not worth keeping as a 'Greeting'. If I were you, I'd chuck it.
Good for ditchmail, keep it, quality is of no concern.
Unknown numbers would DEFINATELY NOT call back.
I got this once and knew it was fake. But I want the person hearing it to know.
