It looks like a scam to me. I've not heard anything about Emergency Funds from anyone or applied.
This caller ID is a robocall scam call trying to collect payment for a nonexistent legal dispute, the contents of which are never mentioned in the message.
Claiming to be a process server. Process servers do not call you and tell you a date and time they are coming. This number tried that. Don't fall victim to this scam

Very sneaky!! The voice was professional sounding (but thankfully I don't pick up unknown numbers) For 2 days in a row now, I got twice and was left exactly this voice message: Hello this is a message for ***** this is Rogers Bank Master Card and we would like to discuss an important business matter with you as soon as possible. Our email address is RB dot customer [email protected]. Please call 1-877-425-7858 to speak with one of our representatives. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern. To speak to a representative now press one and hold for the next available representative. Thank you.
