Alex Quilici
Alex joined YouMail as its CEO in February, 2007. Prior to that, he was the co-founder and CEO of Quack.com,
a voice portal company founded in July 1999 that was sold to AOL in August 2000. After the AOL acquisition, he
remained at AOL, and was a key member of the team that led AOL's Voice Services division to launch a set of successful
voice services, including AOLbyPhone, AOL Voicemail, and AOL Call Alert, that wound up with over 1m paying subscribers
and $50m in annual revenue. He is a board member of NeoEdge Networks, a Strategic Advisory Board Member of
Jefferson Partners, and a member of the Tech Coast Angels. Alex has a B.A in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, an
MS and PhD in Computer Science from UCLA. He is the holder of several voice-service related patents, and has
written a series of best-selling computer science textbooks.

Craig Cooper
Craig was a Venture Partner at VantagePoint and a founding Partner in the Softbank Capital Technology Fund, specializing in wireless technology and services, mobile content, applications and media. Craig co-founded Boost Mobile, which sold to Nextel in 2003, and NRG Asia, an independent energy company that became one of Australia's largest independent power producers. Prior to that, Craig was a principal of Mercury Capital, a private equity and investment company specializing in wireless and multimedia technology, and a founding principal of Private Energy Partners, which developed and owned coal and gas fired energy projects in Australia and Indonesia. He was also a private equities advisor for the Bank of Singapore, a Senior Associate at one of Australia's largest national law firms, the CEO of E-world Technologies Limited (Australia's largest PDA retail and enterprise software company), and a partner in the largest independent mobile retail distribution company in Australia.
Craig's current and past board seats include PureVideo Networks, GrindTV, AmpTech Design, Thumbplay, Nellymoser, and V-Enable. Craig has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the Univeristy of Sydney.

Miles Valentime
Miles founded Zeacom, a customer contact management software company, in 1994, and has grown it to having 2500 customers in over 20 countries. Miles founded YouMail within Zeacom using some of Zeacom's Unified Communications technology to prove the concept, and spun the company out of Zeacom at the end of 2006. Prior to Zeacom, Miles co-founded a VAR in the telecom space, which was sold to a public company in 1993. Miles sits on a number of advisory boards, and received his undergraduate degree in Management from Waikato University in New Zealand.

Eric Ver Ploeg
Eric spearheads VantagePoint's investment activities in the wireless area and leads the Wireless Advisory Council on behalf of the Firm. He joined VantagePoint in 2001 and has broad experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and research engineer. He co-founded AdKnowledge, the first Internet ad serving company, which was sold for $193 million. He was also the founding CEO of Angara, the first hosted website personalization company. Eric is a graduate of Case Western University (BS) and Stanford University (MS, PhD, MBA). His current and past board seats include Spatial Wireless (acquired by Alcatel), Bluepulse, InnoPath, OZ, and RadioFrame.

Luis Villalobos
Luis Villalobos is an angel investor and a former entrepreneur, and is the founder of the Tech Coast Angels, which is now the largest angel group in the country. He has developed and led over 100 workshops for angel group leaders, angels, bar associations, and entrepreneurs. He holds several patents as lead inventor and as technology consultant helped two ventures obtain blocking patents. He has testified before Congress, serves as an expert witness, and provides 409A valuations for early-stage angel-funded ventures. He is currently raising a VC fund, Angel Venture Partners, to co-invest with the leading angel groups. He received the 2007 Hans Severiens Memorial Award for Outstanding Contribution to Angel Investing.
Luis's other current board seats include BigStage and Vigilisitics. Luis earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an ScB in mathematics from MIT, where he was a National Merit Scholar.
