How can I have my name and my contacts' names recognized by the Smart Greeting?
If your name or your contact's name is not one of the thousands of recognized names in our Smart Greetings database, just send us an email to support@youmail.com or fill out our Support Request form if you are a YouMail Pro user.
Note: To add new names to the smart greeting, YouMail pays the "YouMail voice" to record each name "just right" - which has has gotten really expensive.
As a result, we now only record new names for paying YouMail users, either on YouMail Pro or one of transcription plans .
