How do I easily setup call forwarding/unforwarding?
YouMail created an easy way for you to activate and deactivate call forwarding directly from your iPhone. The iPhone OS doesn't allow permit 3rd party applications to dial special characters. Instead we created two contacts in your iPhone contacts - 'YouMail Activate' and 'YouMail Deactivate'.
- Activate call forwarding if you haven't done so by opening your 'YouMail Activate' contact and selecting the number -*004*17142043114#. The phone automatically programs your phone and forwarding calls to YouMail.
- Deactivate call forwarding if you need to check your carrier voicemail by opening your 'YouMail Deactivate' contact and selecting the number -##004#. The phone automatically erases call forwarding instructions.
