The iPhone application doesn't notify me of new messages?
The iPhone OS does not permit applications running in the background. The application displays new messages when the application is launched, selecting the refresh button or by switching folders.
By default, YouMail notifies you of a new voicemail via SMS and email alerts. It is recommended you use SMS and/or email alerts as new message notifications. If you prefer to disable email or SMS alerts, access your account and disable your SMS/email alert settings.
- Simply go to My Account > My Alerts and choose your preferences.
