DitchMail - How to Block a Caller from leaving voicemail

A Ditchmail is an unwanted call that you want to avoid and get rid of. In YouMail, your ditched callers will not be able to leave you a voice mail. They will be hung up on as soon as the greeting has finished playing.

To ditch your contact:

1. Click on the Contacts tab.
2. Locate your contact who you wound want to ditch.
3. Click on the icon.



4. You have just ditched your contact.
5. Your ditched contact's image will now have a big on the picture.



6. Don't forget to choose a special Ditch Greeting for them!





7. You can unditch your ditched contact by clicking on the icon.

To ditch a caller from the Voicemail tab:

1. Click on the Voicemail tab.
2. Select the call from your Inbox or from any of the folder that you would want to ditch.
3. Click on the "More Actions" drop-down.
4. Click on the 'Ditch' link.

5. Enter caller's name to be ditched (if desired).
6. Click on the [Ditch] button.



7. You have just ditched a caller.
8. Your ditched caller is added to your Contacts list.

To ditch a caller from your phone:

1. Access your voicemail using your phone by dialing (714) 204-3114 or (267) 886-1049 for Immix users).
2. After you listened to the voice message of the person you want to ditch, press 8 6 2.
3. Your ditched caller is added to your Contacts list.
