Transcription Plans:

1. Beta User - Transition Offering
• All users who had transcription setup prior to the 11/06/2008 release are converted to Read-It Text Loyalty plan.
• You will continue to receive text and/or email transcription alerts for a period of time.
• You can receive up to 4 text alerts for each transcribed message. This will ensure that your transcribed messages will be sent to you in full in the text messages. If you only opt to receive less than 4 text alerts, only the first part of the message that fits in the specified number of text alerts will be sent to you.
  

  	This option is only available if you have text delivery selected.

• Your message will be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" only.
• This plan is automatic for Beta users and is not renewable. Users with plan will be converted to Read-It Free Five plan by November 2008.


2. Read-It Free Favorite
• You can receive text and/or email transcription alert from 1 of your contacts for free.
• Only 1 text alert will be sent for each transcribed message. Only the first part of your voicemail message that fits in 1 text alert will be sent.
  

  	This option is only available if you have text delivery selected.

• Your messages will be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) only.
• Up to 200 of your messages will be transcribed each month. When you reached your limit, transcriptions will no longer be delivered for the "month" - where the month start date coincides with the day of the month you signed up for the plan.
• This plan is automatically renewed each month at no cost and resets your transcription usage to 0.


3. Read-It Free Five
• You can receive 5 text and/or email transcription alerts per month from all your callers, all your contacts, or 1 of your contact only for free.
• Only 1 text alert will be sent for each transcribed message. Only the first part of your voicemail message that fits in 1 text alert will be sent.
  

  	This option is only available if you have text delivery selected.

• Your messages will be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) only.
• Only 5 of your messages will be transcribed each month.
• This plan is automatically renewed each month at no cost and resets your transcription usage to 0.


4. Read-It Txt Basic
• You will only get a text transcription alert (no email) for messages from all your callers, all your contacts, or 1 of your contact only for $3.99 per month.
• Only 1 text alert will be sent for each transcribed message. Only the first part of your voicemail message that fits in 1 text alert will be sent.

  	A maximum of 20 words will be sent if you have "Most Accurate" delivery.

• Your messages can be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) or by "Most Accurate" (slower delivery).
• 50 of your messages will be transcribed each month. No further messages will be transcribed for the current month once your limit is reached.
• This plan is automatically renewed each month (charged to your credit card) and resets your transcription usage to 0.


5. Read-It Txt Unlimited
• You will only get a text transcription alert (no email) for messages from all your callers, all your contacts, or 1 of your contacts for $9.99 per month.
• Only 1 text alert will be sent for each transcribed message. Only the first part of your voicemail message that fits in 1 text alert will be sent.

  	A maximum of 20 words will be sent if you have "Most Accurate" delivery.

• Your messages can be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) or by "Most Accurate" (slower delivery).
• All of your messages will be transcribed each month (no limit).
• This plan is automatically renewed each month (charged to your credit card) and resets your transcription usage to 0.

	Compared to Read-It Txt Basic plan, this plan has unlimited transcriptions while Read-It Txt Basic only transcribes 50 messages. This plan is recommended if you get lots of calls each month.



6. Read-It Select Basic
• You can receive text and/or email transcription alert for messages from all your callers, all your contacts, or 1 of your contactss for $6.99 per month.
• You can receive up to 4 text alerts for each transcribed message. This will ensure that your transcribed messages will be sent to you in full in the text message. If you only opt to receive less than 4 text alerts, only the first part of the message that fits in the specified number of text alerts will be sent to you.
  

  	This option is only available if you have text delivery selected.

• Your messages can be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) or by "Most Accurate" (slower delivery).
• Up to 50 of your messages will be transcribed each month. None of your message will be transcribed for the current month once your limit is reached.
• This plan is automatically renewed each month (charged to your credit card) and resets your transcription usage to 0.

	Compared to Read-It Txt Basic and Unlimited plans, you can receive message transcriptions via email with this plan.



7. Read-It Select Unlimited
• You can receive text and/or email transcription alert from all your callers, all your contacts, or 1 of your contact only for $17.99 per month.
• You can receive up to 4 text alerts for each transcribed message. This will ensure that your transcribed messages will be sent to you in full in the text message. If you only opt to receive less than 4 text alerts, only the first part of the message that fits in the specified number of text alerts will be sent to you.
  

  	This option is only available if you have text delivery selected.

• Your messages can be transcribed by "Faster Delivery" (less accurate) or by "Most Accurate" (slower delivery).
• All of your messages will be transcribed each month. None of your message will be transcribed for the current month once your limit is reached.
• This plan is automatically renewed each month (charged to your credit card) and resets your transcription usage to 0.

	Compared to all other plans, this plan has unlimited message transcriptions that can be received via email and/or text alerts (up to 4) from any callers. This plan is recommended if you have unlimited text messaging plan.

Transcription Plans Summary:

*The number of texts to be received for each transcribed message option is only available if text alert is selected. *Transcribe from "All callers" means that plan has an option to transcribe messages from all callers, from any contacts, or from 1 contact only. *Must select a contact if message is to be transcribed from a single contact only. NOTE:Your text alert settings on the My Alerts page does not affect your transcription text alert settings. If your voicemail text alert is set to ON on the My Alerts page and your transcription text alert is OFF, you will not receive a text alert when someone leaves you a voicemail but you will receive a text alerts with transcribed messages.

To purchase a Transcription Plan:

1. Click on the You Mail Store link at the top left menu.
2. Click on the Transcription Plans link at the left menu.
3. Click on the transcription plan that best fits your needs.
4. Click on the [Add to Shopping Cart] button to add the plan to your shopping cart.
• You can only purchase 1 transcription plan at a time.
• You must cancel your current plan if you want to purchase a different plan.

5. You can click on the continue shopping link at the top or at the Youmail logo to go back to the YouMail Home page if you want to add premium greetings to your cart.
6. Click on the [Select Payment Method] button to enter your payment information.
7. Enter your credit card information then click on the [Continue] button.
8. Review your order.
9. You can add or remove item to your card and you don't have to re-enter your payment information.
10. Click on the [Place Your Order] button to complete your order.
11. Your order has been successfully submitted.
12. Your messages will now be transcribed.

To view and cancel your order:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
2. Click on the My Orders link.
3. All your placed orders are listed on the My Orders page.
4. Click on linked order # to view the order details.
5. Click on the [Cancel This Order] button if you wish to cancel the order.
   

   	No proration is currently being applied when subscription is canceled. None of your message will be transcribed once your plan is canceled.

To change your Transcription Settings:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
2. Click on the Transcriptions link.
