Transcription - What is it, Ordering and Cancelling
Transcriptions allows you to read your voicemail; which allows you to better manage, organize, and prioritize your voicemails.
YouMail provides a high quality voicemail transcription service that allow access to voicemail messages via text and email - any time, any place.
Users can also view transcriptions via their YouMail inbox on YouMail.com and Smartphone Apps such as the iPhone, Blackberry, and Android.

To purchase a Transcription Plan:
- Click on the You Mail Store link at the top left menu.
- Click on the Transcription Plans link at the left menu.
- Click on the transcription plan that best fits your needs.
- Click on the [Add to Shopping Cart] button to add the plan to your shopping cart.
- You can only purchase 1 transcription plan at a time.
- You must cancel your current plan if you want to purchase
a different plan.
Click here for instructions on how to cancel your transcription plan order. - You can click on the continue shopping link at the top or at the Youmail logo to go back to the YouMail Home page if you want to add premium greetings to your cart.
- Click on the [Select Payment Method] button to enter your payment information.
- Enter your credit card information then click on the [Continue] button.
- Review your order.
- You can add or remove item to your card and you don't have to re-enter your payment information.
- Click on the [Place Your Order] button to complete your order.
- Your order has been successfully submitted.
- Your messages will now be transcribed.

To view and cancel your order:
- Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the My Orders link.
- All your placed orders are listed on the My Orders page.
- Click on linked order # to view the order details.
- Click on the [Cancel This Order] button if you wish to
cancel the order.
No proration is currently being applied when subscription is canceled.
None of your message will be transcribed once your plan is canceled.
To change your Transcription Settings:
- Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the Transcriptions link.
