How do I upload my personal thumbnail?
Other YouMailers can see your picture on their contact list, Inbox, and Voicemail Notification when you leave them a voice message depending on your picture's sharing setting.
You can upload as many pictures as you want but you can only select one picture to be your default picture to be shown to other YouMailers.
Now, other YouMailers will see your picture on their contact list, when they play your voicemail on the web and on the mobile applications, and on email notifications when they receive a voicemail from you.

To upload your personal thumbnail:
- Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the My Pictures link from the Actions menu.
- Click on the [Add New Picture] button.
- Enter a nickname for you picture
- Upload any of your picture that is under 2 MB in size.
- If your picture is over 2 MB, you can use a tool such as irfan to reduce your picture's size so it can be uploaded to your YouMail account.
- You can upload any jpeg or gif file.
- Click on the [Upload Thumbnail] button.
