How do I invite my friends to join YouMail?

You love YouMail and you would want your friends, family, and co-workers to also experience how voicemail can be so much fun and be a much better effective way for personal communication.

To send invitation from the Invite a Friend tab:

1. Click on the Invite A Friend link at the top left menu from the Home page.
2. Enter your friend's name and email address.
3. If you want to enter your own message, click on the 'View/edit invitation message' link.
4. Click on the [Send Invitation] button.
5. An invitation to join YouMail is sent to your friend's email.

Note: You can send as much as 5 invitations at one time on this page.

To send invitation from the Contacts tab:

1. Click on the Contacts tab from the Home page.
2. Click on the "Actions" drop-down of your contact who is not a YouMailer who you would want to invite.




1. You can invite them by text:
   Your contact must have a cell phone number in able for you to send them an invitation by text.




2. You can invite them by email.
   
   
   
3. You can invite them by text and by email.
   
   
   
3. Enter your message then click on the [Send Invite] button.
4. The invitation is sent to their cell phone and/or email.

To send invitation from the Voicemail tab:

1. Click on the Voicemail tab from the Home page.
2. Select a message from a non-YouMailer who you would want to invite to YouMail.
3. Click on the message to display the message view pane.
4. Click on the 'Invite to Join YouMail' link.
5. Select from the option available on how you would want to send the invitation, by text message and/or by email.



1. To send invitation by text:
• Select the Text radio button.
  Sending invitation by text is only available if the call is made from a mobile phone.
• Enter caller's information.
• Enter your message.
• Caller's mobile phone number is automatically being displayed and it cannot be edited.
• The "Add Contact" checkbox is only available if caller is not in your contact list. Select the checkbox to add the caller to your contact list.
• Click on the [Invite] button.




2. To send invitation by email:
• Select the Email radio button.
  The "Email" radio button is not available if call was made from non-mobile phone. Caller will be automatically invited by email.
• Enter information.
• Enter your message.
• Click on the [Invite] button.

3. To send invitation by text and email:
Call must be made from a mobile phone to send invitation by text.
• Select the Email and Text radio button.
  
• Please follow the same instruction as sending invitation my email.


This pop-up window will be displayed if you already sent an invitation to the selected caller.



6. The invitation has been sent to their cell phone and/or email.
7. You can view your sent invitations on the My Sent Invitations page.

To view your sent invitation:

1. Click on the Invite A Friend link at the top left menu from the Home page.
2. Click on the My Sent Invitations link at the left menu.
• You will see all your sent invitations on this page.
• Click on the 'view' link to see your sent invitation's details.
• You can also resend your invitation by clicking on the 'resend' link.
