How do I retrieve or change my PIN?
To retrieve your lost PIN:
You can retrieve your PIN via email or text message:- Click on the Forgot your PIN? link on the Login page.
- Enter your cell phone number.
- Click on the [Email My PIN] button if you want your PIN to be sent to your email address.
- Click on the [TXT My PIN] if you want yout PIN to be sent to your cell phone by a text message.
To change your PIN:
- After you have signed in to YouMail, click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the Change your PIN link.
- Enter your old PIN.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Confirm your new PIN.
*Your PIN must be 4 to 12 digits.
You now have to use your new PIN to login to YouMail.
