How do I retrieve my voicemail messages from YouMail if it still retrieves from my old voicemail?
Your phone still retrieves your voicemail messages from your carrier's mailbox and not from YouMail because you may not have properly setup your phone's voicemail speed dialing to YouMail.
To setup your phone's speed dialing to YouMail:
- Click on the Help link at the top right menu.
- Click on the Speed Dial YouMail link at the left menu.
- Just follow the instructions then press the [Done] button when you're finished.
