How do I reply to a message on the web?

To reply to a message on the web:

1. Click on the Voicemail tab.
2. Click on the voice message you would like to reply to.
3. Click on the [Reply] button at the header menu.
4. Select "Reply By Email", "Reply By Text" or "Reply By Voice Message".
1. Reply By Email:
   • Select 'Reply By Email' in the "Reply" menu.
   • Enter email address where you would want to send your reply.
   • Make sure that Reply By "Email" radio button is selected.
   • Enter your message.
   • Click on the [Send] button
   • You're email reply to the voicemail message is sent to the email address you entered.
2. Reply By Text:
   *Call must be made from a cell phone in able to be able to reply to a message by text.
   
   • Select 'Reply By Text' in the "Reply" menu.
   • Caller's cell phone # is autromatically displayed in the "Phone" field and it cannot be edited.
   • Make sure that Reply By "Text" radio button is selected.
   • Enter your text message.
   • Click on the [Send] button.
   • Your reply is sent to the caller's cell phone.
3. Reply By Voice Message:
   *The message must be from a YouMailer and you must have Flash Player installed in your PC in able for you to reply to the message by voice message.
   
   • Select 'Reply By Voice Message' in the "Reply" menu.
   • Make sure that Reply By "Voice Message" raadio button is selected.
   • Click on [Allow] button.
   • Click on the [Record] button.
   • Start recording your reply message.
   • Click on the [Stop] button when you're finished recording.
   • You can review your recorded message by clicking on the [Play] button.
   • Click on the [Send] button once you're satisfied with your recorded reply.
