How do I get help from a person?
There are three ways to get help.
- If you're a paying customer, we have a special support e-mail address: prosupport@youmail.com, where we try to respond within hours. You can also call us at 1-800-374-0013 during normal business hours.
- If you're a free customer, we're happy to help using our regular support e-mail address, support@youmail.com.
- Finally, anyone can go to our forums, where both users and our YouMail team are often available to help out.
