My voicemail messages still go to my carrier's voicemail, how can I forward them to YouMail?
To forward your voicemail messages to YouMail:
- First, make sure that you have retrieved all you voicemails from your carrier's voicemail inbox.
- Click on the My Account link at the top right corner.
- Click on the My Phones link.
- Click on the 'Forward unanswered calls to YouMail' link then follow the instructions.
Your voicemail messages will now be forwarded to YouMail.
You can check your voicemail messages on the web and from your phone by dialing (714) 204-3114 or (267) 886-1049 (for Immix).
