:))) How do I start using YouMail Drop Box?
To start using the Drop Box, simply send your voicemail notifications from your VOIP or PBX provider (ie Vonage) directly to your YouMail Drop Box email at phonenumber@my.youmail.com
'Phonenumber' is your ten digit phone number (ie. 9495551111@my.youmail.com) associated with your YouMail Account.
The email notifications sent to your YouMail Drop Box email must include the audio attachment (in .wav or .mp3 format) to accept the message into your YouMail account.
Voicemail notifications sent from the following sources automatically go into your YouMail Inbox:
- A supported provider
- A email domain associated with your email address account listed in My Accounts on www.youmail.com.
- A email address listed in your YouMail Contacts
