How do I record a custom greeting over the web?

To record a custom greeting on the Greetings tab:

1. Click on the Greetings tab.
2. Click on the Record link in the Actions menu.
3. Enter desired greeting name.
4. Click on the Flash Player's [Record] button then start recording your greeting.
5. Click on the [Stop] button when you're finish recording.
6. Click on the [Save and pick who hears] button once you are satisfied with your recorded greeting.




7. You can now assign your recorded greeting to your contacts and groups.
8. You can also use your recorded greeting as your default greeting and for your blocked and unknown calls.

To record a custom greeting for your contact:

1. Click on the Contacts tab
2. Click on your contact's (Record Greeting) icon to record a custom greeting for that contact.
3. Click on the Flash Player's [Record] button.
4. Click on the [Stop] button when you're finish recording.
5. Click on the [Save Greeting] button once you are satisfied with your recording.




6. Your contact's recorded greeting will be named as "Greeting for "
7. Your recorded greeting will be played to your contact the next time this contact of yours hears your voice message.

To record a custom greeting for your group:

1. Click on the Contacts tab
2. Click on the Groups link in the My Contacts menu section.
3. Click on your contact's (Record Greeting) icon to record a custom greeting for that contact.
4. Click on the Flash Player's [Record] button.
5. Click on the [Stop] button when you're finish recording.
6. Click on the [Save Greeting] button once you are satisfied with your recording.




7. Your group's recorded greeting will be named as "Greeting for ".
8. Your recorded greeting will be played to all your contacts in the group.
