It plays both group and personal greetin..?
It plays both group and personal greeting to my contact, how do I change it?
To assign a personal greeting to your contact:
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on the

- Select a greeting from the drop-down.
- You can send an email to your contact notifying them of the new greeting to be played to them
the next time you miss their call via email if your contact has an email address entered.
- You can sent a text message to your contact notifying them of the new greeting to be played to them
the next time you miss their call via text message if your contact has a mobile phone number.
- Click on the [Save] button.
- The new greeting will be played to your contact the next time you miss their call.
To assign a greeting to your group:
- Click on the Groups link at the left menu from the Contacts List tab.
- Click on the
.
- Select a greeting from the drop-down.
- Click on the [Save] button.
- The new greeting will be played to all your contacts in the group the next time you miss their call.

If your contact is in a group with assigned greeting and has a personal greeting assigned too, both the group and
personal greetings
will be played (the group greeting will be played first then the personal greeting).
You can select which greeting to be played if you do not wish to play both greetings to your contact.

To select which greeting to be played to your contact:
- Go back to the Contacts tab.
- Click on the contact's name next to the picture.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Both the group and the personal greetings are selected.
- Remove the greeting's check mark that you don't want to be played to your contact.
- Only the selected greeting (with check mark) will be played to your contact.
- If you remove both check marks, your default greeting will be played to your contact.
- Your changes are automatically saved once you navigate out of the page.
