How do I download and use greetings from the YouMail Community?

To download greetings from the YouMail Community:

1. Click on the YouMail Community link at the top left menu.
2. Search for greetings.
3. Click on the greeting name.




4. Click on the [Use This Greeting] button to add the greeting to your library.
   
   
   
   • Click on the [Keep Surfing] button if you would want to continue searching for more greetings.
   • Click om the [Go To My Greetings Now] button to view the listing of your downloaded greetings on Community Greetings tab.
   
   
   
   

   	You will be taken to the YouMail Store if you selected a premium greeting and you do not have a premium greeting subscription.

To use your downloaded greetings to your contacts:

1. From the Community Greetings tab:
   1. Click on the Greetings tab.
   2. Click on the Community Greetings link at the left menu pane.
      Your downloaded greetings from YouMail community are listed in the Community tab.
   3. Click on the "Actions" drop-down then select the 'Select Contacts' link or click on the icon.
   4. Select contact(s) from the list. Your selected contact(s) are added to the right box.
   5. Click on the [Save] button.
   6. Your downloaded greeting is now assigned to your contact and your contact will hear this greeting the next time you miss their call.
2. From the Contacts tab:
   1. Click on the Contacts tab.
   2. Click on the your contact's icon.
   3. Select a greeting from the drop-down.
   4. Click on the [Save] button.
   5. Your contact will hear this greeting the next time you miss the call.

To use your downloaded greetings to your groups:

1. From the Community Greetings tab:
   1. Click on the Greetings tab.
   2. Click on the Community link at the left menu pane.
      Your downloaded greetings from YouMail community are listed in the Community tab.
   3. Click on the "Actions" drop-down then select the 'Select Groups' link or click on the icon.
   4. Select groups(s) from the list.
   5. Click on the [Save] button.
   6. Your downloaded greeting is now assigned to your selected group(s)contact. All contacts in the group will hear the greeting the next time you miss their call.
2. From the Groups tab:
   1. Click on the Contacts tab.
   2. Click on the Groups link at the left menu pane.
   3. Click on the your group's icon.
   4. Select a greeting from the drop-down.
   5. Click on the [Save] button.
   6. All your contacts in the group will hear this greeting the next time you miss their call.
