How do I change my PIN?
You can change your YouMail PIN as often as you want!
You will now use your new PIN to login to YouMail!
Remember to keep your PIN in a secure location and choose a PIN that is easy to remember.
To change your PIN:
- Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the Change your PIN link.
- Enter your Current PIN (your PIN was sent to your phone as a TXT message and in the Welcome email notification when you signed up to YouMail).
- Enter your New PIN.
- Confirm your New PIN.
*Your PIN must be 4 to 12 digits.
- Click on the [Save New PIN] button.
You will now use your new PIN to login to YouMail!
