How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at anytime!
To cancel your order:
- Click on the My Account link at the top right menu.
- Click on the My Orders link.
- All your placed orders are listed on the My Orders page.
- Click on linked order # to view the order details.
- Click on the 'Cancel This Order' link at the top right area of the page to cancel your order.

- No proration is currently being applied on canceled orders.
- None of your message will be transcribed once your transcription plan is canceled.
- All your downloaded premium greetings will be inactivated once you cancel your
premium greeting
order and you will no longer be able to download any more premium greeting.
- You will not be able to cancel an order if it only has single purchased greetings.
