How do I play special greetings for BLOCKED and UNKNOWN callers
Are you tired of telemarketers and pesky callers? With YouMail, you have the option to choose from thousands of pre-recorded greetings from the Cool Greetings or record or create your own greeting to answer these calls.
Tip: You can also choose to Ditch these callers so they won't be able to leave you a voice message.
To assign a greeting to BLOCKED and UNKNOWN callers:
- Click on to the Greetings tab from the Home page.
- Click on the Set Blocked link from the left menu.
- Choose which greeting you want to be played for Blocked and Unknown callers.
- To upload a new greeting, click on the 'Upload an MP3 or WAV file' link.
- To record a new greeting, click on the 'Use our online recorder' (Flash required) link.
- To select a greeting from your Greeting Library, click on the Dropdown Menu.
- To preview the greeting, click the Green arrow next to the selected Greeting.
- You can also allow or not allow these callers to leave you a message.
Tip: You can also choose to Ditch these callers so they won't be able to leave you a voice message.
