How do I change my auto-login setting to require entry of my PIN when I check my voicemail?
To change your auto-login setting:
- Click on the My Account at the upper right of the
screen.
- Click on the My Phones link in the My
Account menu.
- It displays "Auto Sign-In" under your phone's image if you currently have auto sign-in ON.
- If you have "Auto Sign-In" and you want to turn it OFF, just click on the 'Disable automatic sign-in
from this number.' link to turn it OFF. With "Auto Sign-In" OFF, you must enter your PIN when retrieving
your voicemail from your cellphone.
- If you do not have "Auto Sign-In" and you want to turn it ON, click on the 'Enable automatic sign-in
from this number.' link. With "Auto Sign-In" ON, you can retrieve your voicemail from your cellphone
without entering your PIN.
