How do I cancel my YouMail account?

To cancel your YouMail account, simply login from a Computer and select ?My Account? from the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then click ?Close your account? in the middle of the page. You will be asked to confirm that you would like to delete your account twice, and then directed to a page that will give you instructions for resetting your handset.

Please remember to follow all instructions for disabling your call forwarding and reprogramming your phone. If you do not dial a special ?code? into your phone, then your call forwarding is not turned off and your calls will still go to YouMail.
