My phone browser doesn't display YouMail correctly
Depending on your cell phone model, you may need to configure your phone or your phone's browser to properly display web pages. Please refer to the manufacturer and model list below:
BlackBerry
Many BlackBerry devices come with two browser icons/selections ?
MediaNet & Browser. Always use the normal Browser with YouMail Mobile.
Start the browser and select your phone's Menu button
(this is the button to the left of the scroll wheel).
From the pop-up menu, navigate to Options .
You will be presented with a list of 3 items:

Cache Operations
Select
Browser Configuration and configure the following:

When you're done, press the back button (the button to the right of the scroll wheel) then select Save.
Now select General Properties and configure the following:
Setting Value Default BrowserInternet Browser
When you're done, press the back button and select Save.
Now select Cache Operations and select
Clear for
Content Cache and
Cookie Cache .
Press the back button and you will see the Cleaning Memory message.
Press the back button again and you will be in the Browser.
You are now set to use YouMail Mobile.
