I get this error on my Blackberry - 'A problem occurred while trying to render the page'
Some users have reported this error message on their Blackberry Internet Browser and have recommended one or both of the following to help resolve the problem:
Clear Content Cache
With your Blackberry Internet Browser open, click the options key (to the left of
the wheel mouse) and go to 'Options' then 'Cache Operations'. Click on 'Clear' for the
Content Cache and then the save key (to the right of the wheel mouse). Sometimes
when a Blackberry is having trouble talking to the Internet through your data plan,
it may cache an invalid file and report this error.
Disable Audio Boost
From the main page on your Blackberry, click on the 'Media' icon and go to 'Options'.
Disable the Audio Boost setting (if it is enabled) and then save this change.
