Permissions denied message displayed on the BlackBerry
If you receive a permission denied message it's likely denied permission to specific BlackBerry applications such as the phone. You can enable permissions by following these steps
- Go to the options from the main menu
- Select Applications
- Scroll to YouMail application and press menu button
- Select Edit Permissions - Make sure all permission are set to Allow or Custom. If any of these are set to Deny the application will not function.
