YouMail App icon NOT on Homesceen - How to get it there
Visual Voicemail Plus detects new messages when YouMail email and/or txt are sent to your phone. In addition the application polls for new messages on a predetermined interval. Once a new message is delivered the YouMail icon displays a red indicator as indicated on the top right top corner. If you want to display the icon on the home screen we recommend you move the YouMail icon to the top of the home screen menu. Follow the step below to move the icon.
- Scroll to the YouMail Visual Voicemail icon located in your 'Download' folder.
- Press the Blackberry menu button.
- Select 'Move to Folder' and move the icon to the 'Home' folder.
- Now scroll to the YouMail Visual Voicemail icon located in on your home screen.
- Press the Blackberry menu button and move the icon to the top of the screen.
- When a new voicemail arrives the YouMail icon you can easily see the new message indicator.
- Scroll to the YouMail Visual Voicemail icon located in on your home screen.
- Press the Blackberry menu button and move the icon to the top of the screen.
- When a new voicemail arrives the YouMail icon you can easily see the new message indicator.
