How do I record a Professional Greeting
You can have professional greetings recorded for your individual contacts or groups. Simply go to our partner website, Professional Phone Greetings at Professional Phone Greetings, enter the greeting you want recorded, submit payment info (custom greetings charges apply) and save the file you received in email to your PC. After you download the greeting you must upload it to YouMail as described below.
Upload greetings to your YouMail account:
- Click on to the Greetings tab from the Home page.
- Click on the Upload link on Actions menu.
- Enter desired greeting name.
- Browse and select the greeting you wish to upload.
- Click on the [Save and pick who hears] button.
- Finish the final step and assign the greetings accordingly.
