How do I change my SMS and Email Alerts
By default your YouMail account is set to deliver SMS text and email when a new voicemail if available. The YouMail application detects message when SMS/email alerts are sent to your phone or by a polling interval. If prefer to disable SMS text and email notification to your phone, you can disable those settings by going to Menu>Settings>Alerts in the BlackBerry app. Alternatively you can modify the same settings in My Account>My Alerts online at http://www.youmail.com.
