Blackberry application locks up my phone when trying to listen to a messages (version .96.1)

YouMail users have experienced some issues with the Blackberry application freezing attempting to open a message for the message listing screen. The problem usually occurs after a pop-up screen displays ?1 updated message? We are currently working on a permanent fix for this problem.

YouMail users have reported success with disabling the "Auto Play" feature which can be changed in the application. Go to Menu>Settings>Audio> Auto Play>Never.
