How do I access my carrier's voicemail and deactivate call forwarding?
If need to access your carrier's voicemail or must unforward your calls, follow these steps:
- Go to the Help section in the YouMail application by selecting Menu>Help.
- Choose the 'Forward to Carrier' option and press 'Yes'.
All your unanswered calls will go to your carrier voicemail.
