How do I set up call forwarding? YouMail isn't answering my voicemail.
We've made it simple to setup call forwarding from the Android application. If you signed up through the application one step requires you to setup call forwarding. If you need to re-forward your phone again, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Help section in the YouMail application by selecting Menu>Help.
- Choose the 'Forward to YouMail' option and press 'Yes'.
All your unanswered calls will forward to YouMail.
