IMHO intention is what's important here. A humorist can make racial or ethnic stereotypes and not have an intention of hurting others. BUT someone who intends to malign, hurt, or put down others can take in the jokes and use them harmfully. It's like a banana. Even it can be a weapon.

what stereotypes are portrayed here????? That IS their accent. Companies outsouce to India and that IS what it sounds like. Its not a racist joke about indians its a joke about outsourcing
