Okay I have to say this is hilarious! I had to listen to it a couple of times!!!!!!!! LMAO A LOT of jobs in my company have been outsourced to India and the thought that a personal vm would be is just the last straw! I don't think this was made with any racial malice intended and is therefore deemed Ingeniously Funny!

IMHO intention is what's important here. A humorist can make racial or ethnic stereotypes and not have an intention of hurting others. BUT someone who intends to malign, hurt, or put down others can take in the jokes and use them harmfully. It's like a banana. Even it can be a weapon.
