You have waited too long to dial...this is pretty funny, I have it setup for one of my bill collectors...although I've noticed that they have stopped calling as much, I wonder why :-) Good fake out. Sounds like AT&T or Verizon.
I'm sorry you waited too long to dial. If you wish to make a call please obtain your dial tone then dial your number.
