Just reading over some of the comments, they're all great. Basically replying to zcap's comment about why all the proffesional one's all says "WE" and not "I". Zcap indicated he/she don't share the phone with anyone....for those who don't know what professional greetings are intended for (the reason they start out with "WE" and not "I") they are intended to pertray a business environment...hence the "WE".

Anonymous you do not knowing about the situation obviously and definitely not from experience. "We" as an Owner of a company implies "me" and/or "my staff" and that is why it is "we" hence "we". If it was "I" there is very little to operate. If you are in a business where someone class you and says it is a return call, you don't know him from Adam. You need time to figure out who your are talking too. Therefore, "We" using a team of individuals can buy you time to figure things out. "we" can check the database and decipher who this person is. So fair to say we must agree to disagree.
